Hermitage

Home of President Andrew Jackson, the Hermitage is a historic mansion, an expansive estate of tranquil beauty, just minutes from downtown Nashville. The Hermitage, during Andrew Jackson’s life, was a 1,000 acre self-sustaining cotton plantation. While cotton farming is no longer done on the plantation, the mansion of Andrew Jackson and many of the outbuildings on the Hermitage have been preserved and restored to their original splendor, allowing visitors to learn about the history of our seventh president and his Nashville home. Inspired by that history, Anderson Design Group created a vintage poster of the mansion, a classic rendition fashioned after turn-of-the-century art styles.
