Indianapolis: Print Shop

Dubbed the Racing Capital of the World, Indianapolis has been a hotspot for the race car industry and racing events almost since automobiles were first invented. Indianapolis is also called Circle City for its major streets crossing at a monument to servicemen dubbed “The Circle.” Anderson Design Group hand-illustrated this “print shop” rendering of the city, styling our artwork after the WPA- commissioned works of the mid-20th century. Vintage travel poster art like this gives us a nostalgic image of our great cities as they used to be in decades long past, which is often how we remember them.
