Italy: Portofino
2017 By Steven Garcia, Joel Anderson
About the Art
A true gem of Genoa, Portofino is a small town of just 500 residents located on the northwest coast of
Italy. Portofino is a fishing village, a center of traditional Italian culture, and a quiet, peaceful escape
for those who seek to experience Italy without the crowds. Inspired by the peaceful, authentic nature of
this small Italian community, Anderson Design Group’s artists crafted vintage travel poster art of the
village, a fitting rendition of a young woman enjoying an Italian pastry and a coffee near the inlet to the
town harbor. An excellent keepsake and conversation starter, this retro illustration is available as a
framed print, canvas banner, framed postcard, or as a set of notecards or postcards. To learn more about Italy and great travel opportunities that await, be sure to visit the website for the Italian National Tourist Board.
