Kobuk Valley National Park
2015 Joel Anderson
About the Art
Kobuk Valley National Park in Alaska is famous for its herds of Western Arctic caribou. Every year, a
herd of almost half a million caribou migrates across the park, crossing dunes, tundra, and even
swimming the Kobuk River. Visitors gather to watch this migration as it is one of the most significant
migrations of large land mammals in the world. Our artists at Anderson Design Group found great
inspiration in that exodus, taking to the drawing board and creating this national parks poster art with
nothing but imagination, pencils, brushes, a stylus, and a love for our national parks. You can order
this vintage-styled art piece as a framed art print, canvas banner, metal sign, or framed postcard.
