Lake Tahoe

Lake Tahoe. Just hearing the name causes us to think of recreation and enjoyment at one of California’s most beautiful lake towns. Resting at 6,225 feet above sea level, Lake Tahoe is the largest alpine lake in North America. In fact, Lake Tahoe is so large and so deep that it trails only the Great Lakes for volume. The pristine beauty of this region coupled with the expanse of the lake has made Lake Tahoe a premier travel destination for people all across the country. Inspired by the majesty of this freshwater wonderland, Anderson Design Group hand-illustrated this vintage travel poster of the lake, depicting the expanse of water, its shores, and some of its wildlife.
