Laos

Welcome to Laos, a beautiful country in Southeast Asia. Bordered by Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, and China, Laos is a verdant nation rich in rain forests, ancient temples, cultural centers, and diverse agricultural areas. This country also features a great deal of mountainous regions and entire geographic areas that are completely undeveloped. Visitors to the city of Vientiane often stop by the Pha That Luang, a Buddhist temple originally built in the third century. Over the hundreds of years since then, this temple has been destroyed and rebuilt several times, as different nations have warred over the Laotian region. Today the temple stands tall and proud, inspiring Anderson Design Group artists to create vintage poster art of the temple, our own way of paying homage to the Laotians and their culture.
