Libya, Africa

About the Art
Located in North Africa, Libya is a nation with a vivid history that goes back to the Roman Empire and beyond. One of the most notable travel attractions in Libya is the stunning Arch of Septimius Severus. The arch is more than 1,800 years old, commissioned as it was by Roman Emperor Septimius Severus around 203 AD. The arch is protected as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, one of the oldest still-standing, man-made structures.
Inspired by the arch and other historic attractions of Libya, Anderson Design Group’s award-winning poster artists hand-rendered an original, vintage travel poster of the Arch of Septimius Severus. Available as an art print, retro metal sign, canvas, banner, notecard, postcard, or framed postcard, this artwork can be customized in a size and style of your choice. And to learn more about Libya or to make plans to travel there, don’t forget to check out the website for the World Travel Guide.
Our gorgeous art canvases are made-to-order on high-fidelity printers and stretched onto wood frames with hanging brackets installed. Each work of art features an original illustration by the talented, award-winning artists of Anderson Design Group.
