About the Art

Known for being one of the nation’s first African-American public parks, Hadley Park was built in 1912 and is still manicured and maintained to this day. Nestled in the heart of North Nashville, the park offers a full service fitness center, as well as walking paths, gardens, outdoor playgrounds, sports programs, and more. Inspired by the history of the park and the effort that went into creating it, Anderson Design Group rendered a vintage poster of the park. Our artists styled this illustration after the classic poster designs of the Golden Age of Illustration, giving the artwork a special appeal. An excellent souvenir from a trip to Nashville or a great way to show your love for your community, this artwork looks fantastic as a Spirit of Nashville print, canvas, metal sign, notecard, postcard, or canvas banner. And to learn more about the park and others like it, visit Nashville Parks and Recreation.

Our gorgeous art canvases are made-to-order on high-fidelity printers and stretched onto wood frames with hanging brackets installed. Each work of art features an original illustration by the talented, award-winning artists of Anderson Design Group.
