Metro Parks: Two Rivers Mansion
2011 By Ligia Teodosiu, Joel Anderson
About the Art
Welcome to Two Rivers Mansion, a Nashville metro park and historical site all in one. The Two Rivers
Mansion is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and it rests on a quiet, secluded plot of
land between the Stones and Cumberland Rivers. This incredible, 1859 antebellum mansion and the
surrounding grounds have been preserved and converted into a metro park, giving Nashville residents
and visitors alike a chance to tour the mansion and learn about its history. Seeking to capture some of
that history in the art styles of vintage travel poster art, Anderson Design Group rendered a retro art
poster of the mansion, a fitting addition to the Spirit of Nashville Collection. You can order this classic
rendition of the mansion as a Nashville art print, canvas banner, metal sign, postcard, or notecard.
