About the Art
The only all-boys school in the Nashville area, Montgomery Bell Academy is known across the state
for turning out graduates who will fit the age-old saying, “He is a gentleman and a scholar.” The
school has been in place for over 150 years, educating young men and combining the energetic spirit of
boyhood with the values of academia, traditional manners, intellectualism, and camaraderie. In 2007,
Anderson Design Group celebrated the school’s 140th anniversary with a vintage poster of the school, a
classical rendition of what the school might have looked like when it was first founded. Available as a
