Mount Hood, Oregon
2016 By Michael Korfhage, Joel Anderson
About the Art
One of the most well-known peaks in all of Oregon, Mount Hood is famous for its 11 glaciers and for
hosting the only year-round ski resort in North America. The mountain is perpetually covered with
snow, 365 days per year, thanks to the six glaciers that canvas the peak and the surrounding sub-peaks.
One of the most-climbed and most-skied mountains in the region, this peak is definitely an Oregon
must. Anderson Design Group hand-rendered a vintage illustration of the mountain peak and two
hikers walking through an alpine woods. Fashioned after the WPA-commissioned art styles of the mid-
20th century, this artwork doubles as tasteful and classy home decor. You can further customize your
order as an art print, canvas banner, framed print, framed postcard, or as a set of notecards or postcards.
