Mount Rainier National Park: Floral Fox
2017 By Kai Carpenter, Joel Anderson
About the Art
The 236,000 acre Mount Rainier National Park features Mount Rainier as the focal point, but the park
extends outwards from the huge volcanic peak to include the forests, valleys, lakes, and streams nearby.
Visitors can take in the beauty that is the Pacific Northwest by adventuring through old-growth forests
and hiking across wildflower-coated meadows. Anderson Design Group brought out the vibrant
liveliness of the park in this official national parks poster. An original oil painting by Kai
Carpenter, this vintage travel poster depicts a sly red fox as he pauses in a bed of flowers, Mount Rainier
standing like a silent guardian above. To learn more about the park and the need to support
conservation efforts for it, visit Washington’s National Park Fund.
Our gorgeous art canvases are made-to-order on high-fidelity printers and stretched onto wood frames with hanging brackets installed. Each work of art features an original illustration by the talented, award-winning artists of Anderson Design Group.
