Music City Center
2013 By Michael Korfhage, Joel Anderson
About the Art
Welcome to the Music City Center, Nashville’s own convention center located in the heart of
downtown. Built in 2013 and measuring 2.1 million square feet in size, this super center was
constructed to meet the rising demand for downtown-centered music events, festivals, live
performances, conventions, etc. The goal was to benefit the Nashville economy by attracting both local
and national events to downtown Nashville, all while focusing on community inclusion, sustainability,
and excellent customer service at each event. To commemorate the grand opening of the center,
Anderson Design Group crafted vintage poster art of the convention center, a stylish, retro Nashville
poster of the front entrance of the center. Available as a canvas banner, metal sign, notecard, postcard,
or framed art print, this Spirit of Nashville poster is an excellent keepsake from a trip to this Nashville
icon. To learn more about the center, visit the website for the Nashville Music City Center.
