National Park of American Samoa: Sea Breeze
2025 By Arden von Haeger, Joel Anderson
About the Art
When people think of remote national parks, they usually envision the vast landscapes of Alaska or faraway tropical parks like Dry Tortugas National Park in Florida. Yet there is another national park further away from all of them, even further than the far-off Hawaiian parks. This is National Park of American Samoa. Park visitors snorkel among the reefs and off the park's many beaches, walk through rainforests, learn about Indigenous Samoan culture, and tour preserved World War II installations and fortifications. Anderson Design Group collaborated with master artist Arden von Haeger to create this hand-rendered original illustration to celebrate the whimsical beauty of this tropical paradise. Arden's classic hand-rendered illustration style conveys grandeur, romance, and nuance. His inventive use of color and his unique Art Deco styling deliver a delightful new take on some of America's most iconic destinations. This retro design and original national park art is available as a poster, print, canvas, mini canvas, metal sign, notecard, or postcard.
