Rocky Mountain National Park: Pyramid Peak

Anderson Design Group was proud to collaborate with master pastel artist Arden von Haeger to produce this vintage-looking Rocky Mountain National Park poster. Arden's classic hand-rendered illustration style conveys grandeur, romance, and nuance. His inventive use of color and his unique Art Deco styling deliver a delightful new take on some of America's most iconic destinations. Rocky Mountain National Park is an impressive nature preserve of over 265,000 acres in northern Colorado. The park receives four and a half million visitors every year, making it one of the most visited parks in the nation. The region is home to hundreds of species of wildlife, including big cats like the mountain lion illustrated here. Though these majestic creatures are very shy and rarely seen by visitors to the park, they do live there. Anderson Design Group hand-illustrated this national parks poster, drawing inspiration from the memorable style of the WPA-commissioned artwork of the early- 1900s, the Golden Age of Poster Art.
