Rutherford County Courthouse: Murfreesboro
2013 By Aaron Johnson
About the Art
Located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, the Rutherford County Courthouse is a beautiful, ornate building.
Three stories tall and adorned with incredible columns and a clock tower, the historic courthouse was
built in 1859 and has stood tall and proud ever since. Inspired by the magnificent, historical building
and the wealth of history contained in its walls, Anderson Design Group rendered vintage poster art of
the building, a classic rendering of the building in the art styles of early-1900’s WPA-commissioned
artwork. Available as a vintage poster, banner, notecard, postcard, metal sign, or Nashville art print, this
design adds a touch of class and historical style to any room or office. And to learn more about the
courthouse and other nearby attractions, check out the website for Visit
Rutherford.
