About the Art
A trip to the Palace of Fine Arts is an absolute must for anyone’s visit to San Francisco. The Palace was
constructed in the early-1900s so that San Francisco could host the Panama-Pacific International
Exposition, the first global art fair of the new century. Now almost 110 years old, the Palace has served
as an art museum, art exposition location, performing arts center, and even as a wedding venue!
Anderson Design Group artists tipped their hats to this incredible center for the arts with a vintage
travel poster art illustration of the Palace itself. Now you can have a keepsake in retro poster art form of
