About the Art
Savannah, Georgia is the quintessential representation of the famous “Southern Hospitality” of the
southern states. Savannah is even called the Hostess City for its friendly atmosphere, its hospital
approach to visitors, and its quiet, sleepy, comfortable nature. Established in 1733, Savannah is also
one of the oldest cities in Georgia. Inspired by the history of the city and the culture of hospitality that
this city embodies, Anderson Design Group handcrafted a vintage travel poster of one of the city’s
many parks. Styled after the WPA-commissioned artwork of the early-20th century, this illustration
captures the history and aesthetic beauty of Savannah all in one. To learn more about Savannah and
