Shenandoah National Park: Hawksbill Mountain
2020 By Aaron Johnson, Joel Anderson
About the Art
We are continuously inspired by the beauty and wonder of the countless views and vistas that
Mother Nature has given us. Just about every National Park offers such views, part and parcel to the
appeal of these incredible nature areas. In Shenandoah National Park, one of the most spectacular
views can be enjoyed from the peak of Hawksbill Mountain, a craggy outcropping of rock at 4,050
feet above sea level. Not only is the summit the highest point in the park, but it's the highest point in
the surrounding counties too. To commemorate Shenandoah National Park and Hawksbill
Mountain, Anderson Design Group rendered a vintage poster of the summit and two hikers who just
reached it and are pausing to enjoy the panoramic vista. This artwork is available as a vintage travel
poster, art print, canvas banner, notecard, postcard, or metal sign. To learn more about Shenandoah
National Park, be sure to visit the website for the Shenandoah National
Park Association.
