Thailand: Bangkok's Wat Arun Temple
2017 By Steven Garcia, Joel Anderson
About the Art
Translated into English as the “Temple of Dawn,” the Wat Arun is a famous Buddhist temple in
Bangkok, Thailand. The temple faces East, with the first light of dawn reflecting incredibly off the
temple’s surface. Though the temple was first constructed in the 1600s, the temple has been so beloved
that additions have been made to the temple multiple times since its first construction. Seeking to
capture the beauty and nobility of the temple, Anderson Design Group handcrafted a vintage travel
poster of the temple, a colorful rendition of the temple as seen from the banks of the Chao Phraya
River. This artwork would be perfect as an art print, canvas banner, framed print, or metal sign. To
learn more about the temple and other Bangkok attractions, check out the Tourism
Authority of Thailand.
Enjoy our art outdoors by ordering your favorite designs on metal signs. Our all-weather, rust-resistant signs are ideal for any porch, barn, fence, warehouse, garage, or bar. Featuring gorgeous color printing, they offer a more casual look than canvases or framed prints.
