About the Art
Tombstone has been called America’s most historic cowboy town, a small city that has maintained
much of the aspects and characteristics of a true western town. Tombstone was established during the
silver boom in the late 1800s. This city was also briefly the home of the famous Wyatt Earp, an
American Frontiersman. The town also hosts the site of the infamous O.K. Corral gunfight, a gun battle
in which Wyatt Earp and his brothers defeated the outlaw Clanton Gang. To celebrate that historic
place, Anderson Design Group crafted this vintage travel poster, a hand-drawn and illustrated rendition
of the gunfight site itself. Order this retro artwork as a pleasant reminder of your trip to Tombstone, or
purchase it for the cowboy fan in your life. To learn more about Tombstone, check out the info website
