About the Art
Halfway between Santa Barbara and Los Angeles you will find the beautiful, coastal city of Ventura.
Ventura is known for its steep foothills and rocky, Pacific cliffs, inlets, and bays. The city overlooks
Channel Islands National Park, as well as a few, beautiful beaches. Given the rocky and cliff-like nature
of most of the coastline, this region is known for its absolutely fantastic surf conditions. Anderson
Design Group celebrated one of the famous Ventura beaches in this mid-century, Golden Age of
Illustration art print, a vintage travel poster of a sunny day in lovely Ventura. Perfect as a gift, or ideal
for one’s own home decor, you can order this retro artwork as a framed print, canvas banner, framed
postcard, or as a set of notecards or postcards.
