About the Art
Yosemite National Park is one of the nation’s most exquisite wonders, a true gem of American natural beauty. When people have the experience of a lifetime at a park like this, they want something to remember it by. What better way to remember a place this majestic than with a vintage
national park poster depicting the Yosemite Valley? Our illustrators at Anderson Design Group hand-
illustrated this national park poster art in styles reminiscent of the WPA-commissioned artwork of the
mid-century. We love the nostalgia of the Golden Age of Illustration, and we feel this style best fits the
national parks. Our national parks are not just places of refuge and protection for nature, but they are
history lessons and stories all in one.
