Percy Priest Lake By Joel Anderson, 2007
- Percy Priest Lake
A Nashville favorite for locals and visitors alike, Percy Priest Lake offers endless hours of outdoor fun at all times of the year. The 42 mile long, 14,000 acre lake has its own marina, swimming beaches, fishing opportunities, campsites, day-use picnic areas, and hiking trails. To celebrate the lake and the bountiful effect it has had on the Nashville recreation community, Anderson Design Group hand- rendered vintage travel poster art of the lake. This artwork harkens back to the nostalgia of the Golden Age of Illustration, a time when travel posters and show prints were done by hand and shown with pride. Our artists hand-drew, lettered, and colored this vintage Nashville print, creating an image of two fishermen enjoying a sunset on Percy Priest Lake. This artwork is available as a vintage poster, art print, notecard, postcard, canvas banner, or framed print. To learn more about the lake or to schedule a day trip there, check out the website for Percy Priest Lake.
