Rich in history and home to many travel destinations, Alabama has a long story to tell. Alabama was a
crucial state in the Civil Rights movement. Across the state and particularly in Birmingham, one can
find landmarks and lessons of this challenging yet critical time in human history. Alabama further
contributed to the advance of humankind with Huntsville's George C. Marshall Space Flight Center,
