Alaska: Gray Wolf
2019 By Derek Anderson, Joel Anderson
About the Art
Did you know that Alaska is estimated to be home to about 11,000 wolves? Wolves range across about
85 percent of Alaska’s 586,000 square-mile land mass. Wolves can adapt to many environments, so
they are able to live in most regions of Alaska. In fact, experts estimate that the particularly favorable
habitats in Alaska will contain about one wolf in every 25 square mile region! Inspired by these
incredible creatures, Anderson Design Group handcrafted a vintage travel poster of a Gray Wolf
standing regal on the Alaskan tundra. This vintage travel poster would make a great gift for the special
wolf lover in your life, or you can purchase this retro artwork as a keepsake from a trip to the Last
Frontier. This travel poster art is available as a canvas banner, vintage art print, metal sign, or framed
postcard. And to learn more about Alaska’s wildlife, be sure to check out Travel

Our gorgeous art canvases are made-to-order on high-fidelity printers and stretched onto wood frames with hanging brackets installed. Each work of art features an original illustration by the talented, award-winning artists of Anderson Design Group.
