Badlands National Park: Vulture Peak

The Badlands: don’t let the name fool you. While the Lakota Indians of old may have scorned the “Mako Sica” (meaning “Land Bad”) for being an inhospitable and difficult land to traverse, today's visitors can enjoy the good life on this 244,000 acre national park.
