Badlands National Park: Song of Solitude
2019 By Kenneth Crane, Joel Anderson
About the Art
Known for its starry night skies, rolling prairies, wandering buffalo herds, and incredible rock
formations, Badlands National Park is a picture of diversity and natural beauty. In fact, quoting
President Theodore Roosevelt, “The Bad Lands grade all the way from those that are almost rolling in
character to those that are so fantastically broken in form and so bizarre in color as to seem hardly
properly to belong to this Earth.” Inspired by the rock-strewn beauty of this region, artist Kenneth
Crane rendered a vintage travel poster of the Badlands for his new collaboration project with Anderson
Design Group. Available as a poster print, canvas banner, postcard, notecard, or metal sign, this
artwork would make the perfect home decor piece or gift. And to learn more about Badlands National
Park and the importance of protecting this one-of-a-kind display of Nature, be sure to visit the website
