Canada: Canadian Rockies
2017 By Derek Anderson, Joel Anderson
About the Art
When we think of the Rocky Mountains, we almost always think of the impressive peaks that travel
through the Western United States. But the Rocky Mountains march up into Canada too! This section
of the mountain range is even more remote than the American Rockies are, and while the Canadian
peaks are not as tall as the famous “14ers” of Colorado, the Canadian Rockies receive fewer visitors
per year, often making them even more appealing to the nomadic and reclusive traveler. In an effort to
capture some of the majesty of these beautiful, northern peaks, Anderson Design Group’s award-
winning artists designed vintage travel poster art of the Canadian Rockies, striking imagery of the
mountains in the retro styles of the Golden Age of Illustration, a style perfect for home decor or office
decoration. To learn more about these mountains, check out the Canada
Guide.
