About the Art
Welcome to beautiful Edmonton, the capital of Canada’s Alberta province. A vibrant urban centre,
Edmonton seems to grow out of the Canadian wilderness and is just a skip and a hop from fantastic
natural lands like Jasper National Park and Banff National Park. The city is also home to urban
attractions like the Royal Alberta Museum and the Art Gallery of Alberta. Both attractions are
known for their homages to Indigenous art. To celebrate the capital city and its ties to Indigenous
culture, Anderson Design Group’s artists hand-rendered a vintage poster design of the Edmonton
skyline, a retro illustration styled after the travel art of the early-20th century. This piece is available
as a poster, print, canvas, metal sign, banner, notecard, postcard, or framed postcard. An excellent
testament to one’s love for Edmonton or the perfect gift for the Edmontonian in your life, this poster
looks great on any wall.
