About the Art

Did you know that Toronto’s Casa Loma is the only true castle in all of North America? Casa Loma (Spanish for “Hill House”) is a Gothic Revival style “mansion,” built from 1911 to 1914 and designed as an authentic castle but intended to be a residence. Today, the castle functions as a museum and landmark. Seeking to bring forth the classic design styles of the mid-1900s, Anderson Design Group handcrafted vintage travel poster art of Casa Loma, a fitting rendition of the castle in an art style that was quite prominent around the same time that the castle was being built. Perfect as a home decoration, keepsake, or gift, this retro artwork is available as a framed print, canvas banner, framed postcard, or as a set of notecards or postcards.
