Death Valley National Park: Wildflowers
2018 By Derek Anderson, Joel Anderson
About the Art
One would not expect to find wildflowers in the desert, but something visitors quickly learn about
Death Valley is to expect the unexpected. The spring months bring kaleidoscopic life to the valley as
dozens of species of flowers erupt in a color palette of gold, pink, purple, and white. The park even has
a special “wildflower update” to keep visitors informed on the best times and trails for seeing
wildflowers in all their vivid splendor. Anderson Design Group captured the ostentatiousness of such beauty springing up in the shadows of desert hillsides and arid
mountains. A National Parks poster styled after early-1900s art, this vintage print can be custom-
ordered by size and format.
