About the Art
Death Valley is known for offering some of the most incredible and bizarre natural features in America. Zabriskie Point is
a lookout from which hikers can gaze at Artists Palette, a region of
fantastic, multicolored hills. Oxidation of natural metal deposits inside the hills have produced
brilliant hues of green, purple, pink, orange, red, and more. Lovers of color ourselves, the
illustrators at Anderson Design Group hand-crafted this early-20th century art piece with brush, stylus,
and pencil. This National Parks poster portrays the Artists Palette in brilliant color, an excellent gift for a
loved one, or for you! Take home this vintage art as a canvas banner, a framed print, a metal sign, or a
framed postcard.
