Grand Teton National Park: Snake River Valley
2020 By Derek Anderson, Joel Anderson
About the Art
Established in 1929, Grand Teton National Park encompasses 310,000 acres of Wyoming’s wild
lands. The park includes the Grant Teton mountain range as well as much of the nearby valleys and
river beds. In this hand illustration by Anderson Design Group, regal bull elk graze in a verdant river
valley. Anderson Design borrowed inspiration from WPA-commissioned artwork, an art style from the
same time period when many of the National Parks were first designated. This vintage art print is a bold
statement for a living room, office, or even a man cave. Retro art collectors and National Parks
enthusiasts alike can show their pride for the parks with this ADG Store artwork as a canvas banner, framed
postcard, metal sign, or framed art print. To learn more about the park, visit the Grand Teton National Park
Conservancy.
