Haleakala National Park: Tropical Shade
2020 By Kenneth Crane, Joel Anderson
About the Art
Did you know that Haleakala National Park is so high up in elevation that the peak of the park is above more than one-third of the Earth’s atmosphere? Or that it snows on the volcano that the National Park encompasses? Or that the volcano is technically taller than Mount Everest? (when measured from the ocean floor, that is).
Seeking to capture some of the magic and mystery of a National Park like no other, vintage poster art enthusiast and designer/illustrator Kenneth Crane collaborated with Anderson Design Group to create National Park art of Haleakala.
Mysterious, emotive, and elusive, this vintage design was handcrafted with the nostalgia and magic of the National Parks in mind. Available as a poster, print, banner, canvas, notecard, or postcard, this artwork would look great on any wall.
