About the Art
Bordering the Baltic Sea, Latvia, Belarus, Poland, and Kaliningrad, Lithuania is an important European
country. In fact, at one point in history, Lithuania was the largest country in all of Europe. About 33
percent of Lithuania’s area is covered by hardwood forests, some of which are untouched virgin forests.
Inspired by the old churches that are still in use in Lithuania today, Anderson Design Group crafted
vintage travel poster art for Lithuania. The artwork features a restored historic church. This
