Monument Valley: Cowboy Ranger
2020 By Derek Anderson, Joel Anderson
About the Art
When you step onto the arid plains and mesas of Monument Valley, you feel as though you’ve stepped
onto the scene of a western movie. And that make sense too, as many of those old black and whites
were filmed right here in Monument Valley. This is a vast, protected land full of stunning rock
formations, towering mesas, stark spires, tabletop plateaus, and undulating prairies. The valley is also
replete with hiking trails, equestrian trails, streams, verdant meadows, and idyllic picnic spots. Stunned
by the panoramic views of the region, Anderson Design Group rendered vintage poster art of the valley,
capturing a lone, silhouetted rider as he pauses to gaze at the majestic mesas that made the valley
famous. Available as a poster, print, notecard, postcard, canvas, banner, or metal sign, this artwork
looks fantastic on any wall. To learn more about the valley, be sure to check out the website for My Utah Parks.
