About the Art
Myakka River State Park offers the true Florida experience. This park was designated to conserve and
protect the Myakka River, as well as the surrounding wetlands, prairies, and forests. The park is open
from 8 a.m. till sunset, 365 days per year, making it one of the most accessible parks in Florida.
Visitors come to the park for bicycling, bird watching, boat tours, camping, fishing, horseback riding,
paddling, and more. Inspired by one of Florida’s most beautiful parks, Anderson Design Group
handcrafted retro artwork of Myakka River State Park. Rendered in the design styles of the Golden Age
of Illustration, this vintage travel poster is available as an art print, canvas banner, framed print, framed
postcard, metal sign, or notecard.
