The Big Apple, the City that Never Sleeps, NYC, the list goes on. It’s difficult to think of one city that has garnered as much fame, character, or nostalgia as New York City. New York City is famous for many things. For one thing, it is the most-populated city in the U.S. In fact, more people live in New York City than live in most U.S. states! New York City is also known for its history and culture. There is truly no other city quite like it. About half of the population of New York City is bilingual, and the city has an immigrant heritage that goes back centuries. Seeking to honor that heritage, Anderson Design Group handcrafted vintage poster art of the Statue of Liberty, the regal figure of liberty and freedom that stands out in front of New York City, welcoming newcomers to the country.
