Olympic National Park: Sea Otter
2023 By Mary Withers Kirkland, Joel Anderson
About the Art
Every National Park has a certain majesty and wonder to it, but few parks convey true magic and serenity like Olympic National Park does, which is why Anderson Design Group was pleased to announce a collaboration with digital painter Mary Withers Kirkland on this alluring depiction of a playful otter on the shoreline of the park. Those who’ve been there will be the first to say it, Olympic National Park has something for every nature-bound traveler, from lush, flourishing rainforests to tall, snowcapped peaks and striking, rock-strewn coastlines. The almost one million acres of protected lands serve as home for hundreds of species of plants and animals. Anderson Design Group, lovers of the National Parks and the nostalgia of America’s wild nature, created this National Park poster art with Mary Withers Kirkland, designing it in a style similar to the WPA-commissioned style that would have been in vogue when President Franklin D. Roosevelt first designated the park in 1938. Order your vintage art print today in a variety of sizes. Style your poster as a canvas banner or framed print for your wall, or as a framed postcard for a desk or mantle.
