Planted in the 1930s and well-cared for ever since, the Monterey Cypress Tunnel stands as the symbolic gem of Point Reyes, California. Now more than 80 years old, the ancient cypress trees have grown into an outstretched canopy above and over the road, creating a mythical, fairytale-like tunnel.
