The Phantom Of The Opera: Gaston Laroux
2025 By Aaron Johnson, Joel Anderson
About the Art
A spooky tale that has circulated for over a century and has been depicted in film, theater, and pop culture, The Phantom of the Opera began as a novel by French author Gaston Leroux. The novel is labeled as fiction, but historical events at the Paris Opera during the nineteenth century partly inspired it. To preserve the traditions of classic literature, Anderson Design Group artists created an original illustration depicting the phantom and the story's inherently spooky, disturbing nature. This original vintage poster art is available as a print, poster, notecard, postcard, or metal sign. For the ultimate reader’s guide to the great literary classics, check out the website for the Tea and Ink Society.
