USA-Pikes Peak, CO: Hiker's Delight
2021 By Kenneth Crane, Joel Anderson
About the Art
Pikes Peak is named after Zebulon Pike, an American explorer who named the mountain “Highest
Peak” in 1806. Today, the mountain is a favored tourist destination for the region, a common attraction
as the mountain is not too difficult to climb. In fact, the ascent is so gradual that there even exists a
train car that can ferry visitors to the summit and back. Anderson Design Group has collaborated with illustrator Kenneth Crane, whose style conveys movement and energy, stylistic color and poetic grace. This vintage travel poster art is available as a framed print, metal sign,
framed postcard, canvas banner, or as a set of notecards or postcards. To learn more about the
mountain, visit the website for the Pikes Peak Region.
Enjoy our art outdoors by ordering your favorite designs on metal signs. Our all-weather, rust-resistant signs are ideal for any porch, barn, fence, warehouse, garage, or bar. Featuring gorgeous color printing, they offer a more casual look than canvases or framed prints.
