Wyoming State Pride
2019 By Derek Anderson, Joel Anderson
About the Art
Called the Cowboy State for its heritage and culture as a ranching state, Wyoming is a rural wonderland
of prairies, deserts, mountain ranges, and forests. Wyoming is also called the Equality State because it
was the first state to grant women the right to vote. A state known for its natural wonders, Wyoming is
home to Yellowstone National Park, the nation's first National Park (designated in 1872). Wyoming is
also home to Devils Tower, the nation's first National Monument (designated in 1906). The iconic
image of Wyoming is that of a cowboy taming a bucking bronco, so Anderson Design Group
handcrafted a vintage poster of a cowboy doing just that, with a beautiful sunset and mountain range
glowing in the background. You can order this artwork as an art print, canvas banner, metal sign,
framed postcard, or as a set of notecards. To learn more about the Cowboy State or to plan a trip there,
