Zion National Park: 100th Anniversary (Horizontal)
2018 By Derek Anderson, Joel Anderson
About the Art
Zion National Park. Located in Southwestern Utah, this wild, untamed land offers amazing views,
long, peaceful hikes, plenty of sunshine, and the “Big Sky” that the West is so well known for. The
park covers 146,500 acres of land and receives about 4 million visitors per year. The park is best
known for its large canyons, colorful sandstone cliffs, and surprisingly rich vegetation for such an arid
region. Anderson Design Group hand-illustrated this national parks poster to commemorate the 100th
anniversary of Zion National Park, a park that was first designated in 1919. We offer this vintage art in
a variety of sizes, produced as a canvas banner, framed art print, metal sign, framed postcard, set
of notecards, or canvas print. To learn about the protection efforts for Zion, check out the Zion National Park Forever
Project.
