Mobile, AL: USS Alabama Battleship

The USS Alabama is a World War II-era warship, now preserved for visitors and residents of Mobile alike. Battleship Memorial Park, the maritime complex where the USS Alabama is docked, is also home to other attractions, museums, and fun activities for families to spend their day learning and enjoying beautiful downtown Mobile and a slice of history at the same time.
